There are new and unique changes in store for the future of student identification and money disbursement at Clark Atlanta University effective January 2019.
Though distribution of new student identification cards began on February 4th, there will be a separate entity from the new refund cards provided by Bank Mobile.
According to CAU’s Department of Student Accounts, the university has partnered with Bank Mobile Vibe for student refunds, travel advances, and payroll deposits. All students and faculty are required to receive a new “PAWcard,” with the change being free of charge for everyone.
Upon distribution of the new and improved card, you will receive the option to create an account with Bank Mobile Vibe (which is a MasterCard), or have your expected refunds deposited to your own account .
“You will have 21 days to create an account before the money will be sent by check through the mail,” Tanya Officer of Student Accounts stated.
The Department of Student Accounts hopes for this transition to be as smooth as possible. Here is everything you need to know about the new refund system:
- Select how you would like for your money to be delivered to you.
- Look for your personal code sent by Bank Mobile so that you will be able to select the preference in which you would like your refund to be sent.
- Visit refundselection.com and Enter your personal code
- Set up your account and patiently wait for a disbursement notification in your email.
The disbursement of the new identification cards will be inside the Panther Paw Office on the third floor of the Bishop Cornelius Henderson Student Center. This will take place until February 22nd.
